Earlier this month I was chuffed to notice that for my birthday Nikola Grozdanovic at The Playlist posted a list of my ten best films . Since I have made nearly a hundred films many favorites were not included . I assume they are less well known or not easily accessed. So as a return gift to him and anyone who finds this here are ten of my favorites and the reasons why.
